Ραγδαία αύξηση παρουσιάζουν οι εγγραφές ακινήτων στις πλατφόρμες βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης, ειδικά στις εξοχικές κατοικίες, λόγω υψηλής ζήτησης.

Μετά τις εντυπωσιακές πληρότητες που καταγράφηκαν στο σύνολο των τριημέρων (25ης Μαρτίου, Πάσχα, Πρωτομαγιά, Αγίου Πνεύματος) τόσο στους δημοφιλείς νησιωτικούς προορισμούς όσο και στην ηπειρωτική χώρα, τα μηνύματα για το φετινό καλοκαίρι είναι άκρως αισιόδοξα. Σύμφωνα με τα πρόσφατα στοιχεία της AirDNA, η αύξηση της ζήτησης για ακίνητα εγγεγραμμένα σε πλατφόρμες βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης φτάνει το 232% τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες Ιούνιο – Αύγουστο, σε σχέση με το αντίστοιχο διάστημα του 2021.
