Σειρά ζητημάτων έχει προκύψει από την μείωση του ενοικίου κατά 40% λόγω κορωνοϊού, όπως λένε οι παράγοντες της αγοράς.

Ο κ. Άγγελος Σκιαδάς, πρόεδρος Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Προστασίας Ενοικιαστών, μιλώντας στην εκπομπή «Κοινωνία Ώρα MEGA» δήλωσε πως αυτή τη στιγμή οι ενοικιαστές έχουν αντικειμενική δυσκολία να πληρώσουν ακόμη και αυτό το μειωμένο τμήμα του ενοικίου και αναφέρθηκε στο αίτημα για πλήρη αναστολή πληρωμής ενοικίων για δύο μήνες, Απρίλιο- Μάϊο.

Από την πλευρά του ο κ. Στράτος Παραδιάς, πρόεδρος ΠΟΜΙΔΑ, δήλωσε πως οι ιδιοκτήτες δεν μπορούν να γίνουν «το τέλειο θύμα» σε αυτήν την ιστορία.

«Δηλώσαμε χθες στην κυβέρνηση, πως δεν θα είχαμε αντίρρηση για επέκταση της έκπτωσης ενοικίου και σε άλλους κλάδους πληττομένων, αρκεί το μίσθωμα που θα εισπραχθεί από την πλευρά των ιδιοκτητών να είναι αφορολόγητο, ούτως ώστε η ζημιά να μοιραστεί» είπε μεταξύ άλλων.

Στο μεταξύ, η εικόνα στην αγορά κατοικίας έχει αλλάξει. Έχουν παγώσει ενοικιάσεις και αγορές, ενώ όπως λέει ο κ. Θεμιστοκλής Μπάκας, Πρόεδρος Πανελλαδικού Δικτύου Κτηματομεσιτών E-RealEstates, υπάρχουν πολλές ακυρώσεις τόσο από εγχώριους όσο και αλλοδαπούς υποψήφιους αγοραστές.
